Activation failed (SDL2019)

To whom it may concern,

I have been a long time customer of your products since the Trados 2006 software and I have an officially purchased SDL2019, but unfortunately I cannot activate it because my computer's motherboard failed and was replaced, and it was not possible to return the license as required.
Please advise me how I can activate my licence, as at the moment the system refuses activation when I use my original licence code.
