In November I experienced this issue. This is what I explained in case 00876523:

"I'm trying to install Trados Studio 2024 Freelancer on a new laptop. The program seems to be installed correctly; however, when I try to open it, it shows the loading window and then closes (the program never actually opens).

I tried installing and uninstalling the program and made sure .NET 4.8 is installed. I also installed and uninstalled .NET and tried with version 3.5. I attempted to repair the installation and made sure Windows was updated. Then, I also installed Trados 2021 to see what could happen, and I received this error message: 'The input string is not in the correct format.'

I don't know what could be happening."

I received help via Cisco and the issue was solved. Today I installed a complement (OpenAI provider) and now I'm experiencing the same issue again. Could I receive help?
