When trying to deactivate Studio, I get a message "An error occurred while retrieving your license Error ID: 125".
Then, when I reset the license in my RWS account page, the reseting was successfully done (1 is displayed in the Available field of the Licenses page) but my Studio is still activated.
This problem has happened on several PCs. The versions of Studio is not the same including 2021 and 2024.
