I am experiencing an issue to lauch my trados Studio 2024. A plug in is the source of the problem, must be removed, but I can't because Trados doesn't work. I am working with 2022 version, but I am looking to resolve the problem with the 2024 version. I need help.

Soory I coudn't past the screenshot. But the message I received is the following ( in german language):
Trados Studio hat das letzte deinstallierte Plug-in noch nicht ganz entfernt. Starten Sie Trados Studion neu, nachdem Sie alle aktiven Instanzen geschlossen haben.

I'm sorry but I don't speak German, but the MT translation says it's the error message I have sent you the above article for:

So please check it and do the troubleshooting indicated there - please make sure Trados is closed when you do that, you can restart your computer and then do the renaming of the folders, if you want to be sure Trados is totally closed.
And please let me know how it goes after that.
