I want to transfer Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to a new computer.
Before trying to activate, I have successfully deactivate the software on old computer. However it shows me the error like the image below.

Before the activation process, please try a license reset from your RWS account--> Products&Plans--> Licenses tab, and after that kindly perform an offline activation following these steps: Solution Article: Offline activation and deactivation of a Single User License for Trados Studio/ Passolo/ Trados Business Manager Lite

Hi Ana,
The license was under another company email account, which belongs to a colleague has left the company. I don't have access to that email at present. Do you have any suggestions?
