Dear support team, I have trados 2021. I accidentally deleted it without deactivating. After the deletion I didn’t used it for quite sometimes. I redownloaded trados 2021 on Jan and tried activating with my license number. But no matter how many times i try it only shows a error message. I heard that the service for trados 2021 ended on Dec 2024. Is that the reason why i cant activate my accounts? Or is it because I didn't deactivate when I deleted the app?
Please teach me w way to solve this problem as soon as possible because my work project has started and I need to do my work.
