Perpetual SDL Trados 2022 license shown as expired after changing PC name - Cannot reactivate

Hi,

After changing my PC name, next time I opened Trados Studio 2022, it asked me for my user ID (as if newly installed and setup), and now it says that my license (which is perpetual) has expired.

I try to activate it with the activation code previously used in same PC (that had another name previously), but it says that product key doesn't exist.

Since in my user account it appears that license is in use, I try to reset it, but it doesn't allow me either, since I have done it 3 times in the last 12 months (due to several PCs tested before acquiring new one).

Please advise what to do. I need urgent help to handback some jobs.
