After reinstallation Windows 10 I can't activate my Trados Studio 2021 Professional, because I cannot login my account. After some waiting next two errors appear
The page isn’t redirecting properly
An error occurred during a connection to oos.sdl.com.
Hmmm… can't reach this page
feedback.sdl.com took too long to respond
I've tried to accept/manage the cookies with no result. Please, advise what to do.

If you had a Windows reinstallation, this blocked the activation code. Please log in to the RWS account using chrome browser and try to do a licenses reset following this procedure:
https://gateway.sdl.com/articles/SolutionArticles/000001616?articleNam
After that, please try to reactivate trados.
If you still have errors, please let me know.
