Dear Team,
I have Freelance Plus license, the latest one is for Studio 2019. I activated both licenses, but over the years both laptops went wrong. The last one just yesterday.
Offline deactivation did not work at all, so I tried reset. I can deactivate and free up ONE of the licenses, but after reset, I do not have this option anymore, and the other license is still activated.
Could you please help me resetting each and every license in my account? Even some of the old 2009 and 2014 licenses are shown as occupied, and both of the 2019 ones.
