My computer crashed and has had to be replaced with a new one. I am trying to deactivate my studio 2019 licence so that I can then reactivate on my new computer. This doesn't work. I have generated the 'offline deauthorisation ticket' but the box for the 'deactivation certificate' remains empty and there is no option to generate one. I just get the answer 'An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.' Please help, Katie C
