I have a subscription for Trados 2024 and I was using another computer. At the moment I'm using another computer, and I installed Trados 2024 on this new one but I couldn't activate the subscription and then the app crash problem started. it doesn't open anymore, I've tried uninstalling it several times and reinstalling it but it doesn't work. Please someone help me with this problem.
