Since my PC broken completly, I cannot access to my Trados 2024 to deactivate the license.
Could you please help me to deactivate the licence from my old pc?

Hi, Actually, My original Profile was broken. So I cannot enter my Profile. Now I use in same PC but the profile of Guest. Then I thought, I have to deactivate the licence since this was the another profile. But this was not. When I installed the Program... the license of my "Old" one was listed.
End of the day: Problem was solved in another way because It was not necessary to deactivate code if it is in same PC, but differnt Profile.
Is my explanation ok? if there is another issues, please let me know.
