Activation not working (online or offline)

Question

I'm trying to activate my Trados, but after entering the activation code, I'm prompted to provide the installation ID. My internet connection is working fine, but the activation isn't going through. I also can't find the installation ID to do it offline. 
 Tried several suggestions and nothing is working. I have Trados Studio 19.
