Can't activate Trados Studio 2019 neither online nor offline

Question

I'm trying to activate a Trados Studio 2019 license, but I'm having different issues when I try to activate online and offline: 
 
 Online: I get the following error: "Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden." I've deactivated my VPN to make sure it doesn't interfere, but nothing has changed. 
 Offline: when I try to paste the Activation code to generate the Installation ID, Studio shuts down and I get the error "Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService could not be started". I've checked WMI and it seems to be ok. 
 
 I'm running out of options!
