Server related issue whilst attempting to deactivate my license Trados 2019

Hello,

I need to transfer my Trados 2019 license to a new computer but the online deactivating seems not working at all as it keeps showing the same error message about not being able to connect to the server.

I’d like to ask how this issue can be solved if anybody knows about this issue?
