Hi everyone,
the hard disk of the laptop (with Windows 11) where I had Trados Studio 2024 has failed and I need to reinstall the software.
Can you please tell me
- how much hard disk space I need for Trados Studio 2024
- how do I download it again? Can I simply hit 'download' on my licence page?

Hi Nicola,
These are the system requirements for Trados 2024 and the release notes where you have more detailed information:

• Up to 2.5 GB of available disk space to run the Trados Studio 2024 installer
• 2 GB of available disk space to run Trados Studio
In case your computer crashed - your hard drive in this case, I imagine you did not get to deactivate Trados so please reset your license from your RWS account (if you did not already do that) – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001616
As for the download and installation of Trados, yes, go in your RWS account - Downloads and hit the Download button to download the installer for Trados 2024 and also for Multiterm 2024.
