The license appears as available in your RWS account - Licenses tab
Can you please confirm if you managed to deactivate it in the meantime?

I've reset the license and activated it offline successfully. The online activate/deactivate system is not really functioning.
Hello, I have the same problem - I can't deactivate the license and activate it on a new computer. The following warning is displayed:
There are multiple instances of this application running.
Close the other instances before deactivating the license.
