I am trying to perform an offline activation of Trados 2019 license on a new Windows 11 computer but when I enter the activation code get the message "The requested service is not available: Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService."
(Naturally online activation does not work either). Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to activate my license?

In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).
Then try again offline activation.
