I am trying to deactivate Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus on my old computer and activate it on my new computer, but when I generated a deactivation certificate and tried to return it to the server online, I get the error message "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.". Resetting the license did not work either. Could you please release the old license so I can activate it on the new computer?

Oh wow, I tried resetting again for the sixth time or so right after I posted my question, and it worked! So please ignore this issue for now at least. Things seem to work now.
