I need to dectivate my Studio 2019 Freelance Plus license on an old laptop in order to install it on a new computer.
However, when I try to do this from within Studio on my old laptop, I get the message "Deactivation failed. Could not connect to the activation server.Check the activation server address in the provider settings. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."
Then I have a problem when trying to deactivate offline: with the Freelance Plus license, I can activate Studio on two devices, and when I look at my license/products on my RWS account page, I can see that there are two 'fulfillments' (i.e., two devices are using Studio), but there is no way to tell which is on my old laptop (which I wish to deactivate) and which is on my back-up laptop (which I wish to keep). So I don't know which one to deactivate.
