I've been trying to deactivate Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus on my current computer. After I've generated a deactivation certificate and copied it in my RWS Account online, I get the error message "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please log a support request." So, please help me complete the deactivation process so I can activate my license in my new computer. Thank you very much!
