Hello, please assist me with deactivating my Studio 2022, as I get an ErrorID 125 on trying to deactivate the license. I want to re-install Studio do get rid of another issue, which I list below.
Secondly, all my file icons show as a blank page in my File Explorer - I cannot seem to set the files to open with Trados.

Hello, thank you for the solutions you sent - however, non of this is solving the issue. I have Trados file types not showing the correct icons, for example, the .sdlxliff presents itself with a Trados icon and not the typical xliff icon, etc. I therefore still want to uninstall and re-install Trados Studio 2022 to to try and get my file icons to show correctly. But I cannot DEACTIVATE the license as I am every time faced with the error ID 125. Please could you RESET my license so that I can install it again.

Please uninstall / reinstall Studio without deactivating the license. If Studio requires activation after you reinstall it I will log a support case for you and we will quickly reset the license.

Hello, It did not take me to the wizard, it simply opened the download in Trados and changed the icon of a compressed folder for the Trados icon.

You need to unzip the file that you downloaded and then run the Studio installer.

I downloaded the file and initially it was in a compressed folder but it only gave me the option of opening or seeing in which folder it was downloaded. I opened it with Trados and it took me directly to Trados and now the icon of the file has changed. Can we have a team viewer session so you can direct me on this and work in my computer?
