Help to reactivate license - Error 403

Hi!

I'm having a problem when reactivating my license for Trados Studio 2021. This afternoon I have deactivated my license, then uninstalled the software and then installed it again on the same computer. When the software asks me to enter my license code, I get the following error message:

I don't have any problem neither with the proxy nor with the Internet connection.

I can't find where the problem is.
