Hi I just want to transfer trados freelance 2021 from my old laptop to the new one but it seems impossible to deactivate the licence from the old laptop. I keep receiving an error message for the deactivation offline. I understand that there is no more support for my product but I am still trying to use it for translations. If someone else had the same issue and could help it would be appreciated. Thank you
