I need to format my computer so I have followed the insturctions for deactivating my license. Online deactivation givrs me a server error message. I proceeded to follow the offline deactivation procedure but when I try to input the deactivation certificate in the offline deactivation page, nothing happens.

I'm afraid that the engineering and technical support for Trados Studio 2011 and MultiTerm Desktop 2011 ended on December 30, 2015. This means that Trados 2011 is no longer supported at all and this includes licensing as well, and if you format your computer, you are not going to be able to use Trados 2011 on it again.
