Inactive license after subcription purchase - order dated today (2025), but incorrect license activation and expiration dates ( both 2024)

I have just purchased a 12-month Trados Studio Freelancer 2024 subscription, but my license remains inactive. The order was processed correctly on February 10, 2025, the payment was successfully collected, and an invoice was issued on the correct date, which also appears in my order history. However, an error message appeared despite the payment being accepted and the invoice being correctly issued : 'Un problème est survenu lors de la récupération de vos licences par clé logicielle. Essayez de consulter votre commande.' 

Moreover, the license details show incorrect activation and expiration dates:

  • Activation date: April 14, 2024
  • Expiration date: April 13, 2024

It is listed as having expired before being activated, with both dates in 2024, which makes absolutely no sense.

Could you please correct the activation date and ensure my subscription is properly activated? I urgently need my license to be activated. I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance. Thank you.
