Requesting a "Permission Ticket"

Hello support engineers,
We would like to upgrade two licences for Trados Studio 2019 -> 2022 and require the "Permission Ticket" for deactivation of the current licenses on our non-internet-license server.
Can you help us with that?

Currently, multiple members are using Trados, so if issuing the "Permission Ticket" might affect Trados usage, please issue it at 12:00 PM (Japan Time) on February 13.
