I've seen that it was possible to upgrade from Studio 2019, 2021 and 2022 Freelance Plus to 2024 Freelance Plus BUT I can't find any way to upgrade to 2024.
How can I proceed?

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to upgrade to the latest version from the legacy versions of Trados Studio 2007/2009/2011/2014/2015/2017/2019.
You need to purchase a new license of the latest Trados Studio Freelance edition – either as a perpetual license or a yearly subscription, from the Trados Store
