I am having issues with my Multiterm installation

Error dialog box titled 'Xml Parsing Error' with a message stating an error occurred while parsing the XML and to check if the file at 'C:UsersFrankAppDataRoamingTradosMultiTermMultiTerm18WidgetSettings.xml' is well formed. It mentions a hexadecimal value 0x00 as an invalid character at line 1, position 1.
