Deactivation failed both online and offline

I am trying to get Studio finally working on my second laptop, but there seems to be some problems.

Although I can currently use Studio only in one of my two laptops, according to my RWS account I have no activation available.

I tried the online deactivation on the second computer, but it did not work, so I tried it "offline". I received an "offline deactivation ticket", but that did not work either: apparently, the certificate might be "invalid".

What should I try/do next? I find no solution on the community either.
