Trados 2024 crashes after 18.03.3255 upgrade installation

Question

Same like here, but with the version 03.

 There was a notification (red bell) saying that a new version is ready to install. I decided to give it a go, after my recent total crash on DeepL (again, never ending story). I thought the new version would solve the DeepL plugIn problem. 
 Unfortunately, instead of solving the problem, Trados disappeared completely. I can't open any previously saved translation memory (I'm guessing it's because the upgrade installation deleted 0.2 version and nothing works.). 
 My DeepL persistent problem that started as soon as I upgraded Trados 2019 to 2024 has not been solved since Wednesday and no one is responding to my query.
