Deactivation failed

Hello,

I need to deactivate my Trados 2019 license to use it on another of my devices. When I try to do it, I get the following error:

“Deactivation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.”

Maybe my license code needs to be reset so I can reactivate it on another device.

Product and version: SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 15.2.8.3007 / Freelance version
