Hello,
I need to deactivate my Trados 2019 license to use it on my new device. When I try to do it, I get the following error:
“Deactivation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.”
Product and version: SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 15.2.8.3007 Freelance

You still have one activation available for Studio 2019 so if you want to activate the license on a new PC you can do it offline as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001383
Then, you can try to reset the previous activation as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001616
