Trados Studio 2024 Professional
Various keyboard shortcuts (such as CTRL A, CTRL C, CTRL F, CTRL H) stopped working after updating to Build 18.0.2.3255. Rolling back to 18.0.1.2259 has been the only way to restore them. Does anyone have any fixes for this? Would like to use the latest version, so any help most gratefully appreciated!

Thanks for taking the time to give me an answer. I followed your advice but it didn't help, so I guess I'll have to roll back again... Anyone else?
Why don't you then try to adapt the shortcuts as needed? If the user profile did not help, so it means, you did not have these adaptations in your previous version. Maybe the devs changed these shortcuts for some reasons, I don't know. But as usual you can adapt these and other shortcuts in your program options. This is the most simple way, far easier than any rollback. Having adapted program settings (as shortcuts for example) I would strongly recommend exporting your user profile to a safe location. This way you can have your settings regardless the changes which could occur in the program.

I had already looked at File/Options/Keyboard Shortcuts before posting my first message and can confirm they were the same as before updating. We're talking about pretty standard shortcuts here (Select All, Find/Replace, etc.), which I've always just left on the default settings.
Well, then I do not see any problem here. The shortcuts do work as they should in the 18.0.2.3255
Maybe then you need to reset Studio. Let's try these steps, each time restarting Studio:
