Clarification on License Upgrade

Dear RWS Team,

 

We have been informed that all our 2019 Network & Standalone licenses can be upgraded to 2022. While updating them, we have successfully upgraded some, but we are still waiting for six more. However, the portal no longer shows an option to update them.

 

I previously raised this in ticket 00884354 but was directed to huansell@rws.com for further clarification but email is failing for this. 

 

Are there any limitations on these updates? Could you please prioritize this matter, as we are currently stuck in the upgrade process? We have already decommissioned the licensing server, but these licenses remain unupdated, impacting our operations.

 

Your immediate assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  • In 2019, we had 10 standalone licenses and 10 network (N/W) licenses before starting this upgrade. So far, we have only upgraded 9 standalone and 4 N/W licenses to the latest 2022 version which is our latest. We were previously informed that all our 2019 licenses should be upgradable to 2022.

     However, the remaining licenses are still stuck on either the 2019 or 2021 versions, with no option provided for further upgrades. Do you have any insights on how we should proceed?

     Additionally, my Available Upgrades now shows as 0. What steps should be taken next?
