Problem activating license server after changing IP address

Hello,

Recently we have changed the IP address of our licensing server.

When I try to activate the SDL Trados applications, by using the "Use licensing server manager" option, the software connect to the server but the license show up as either Expired or Active.

When I try to deactivate the licenses from the server manager app I get this error:

Error message in SDL License Manager: 'Provider error occurred, code: 0. Could not revoke this license. - Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.'

When I check the wIm admin utility I do not seem to have the server set up:

WlmAdmin utility showing server information with name DESKTOP-AEEMMAP and IP address field empty. Feature information and detailed information sections are blank.

I tried following the steps from this article : Offline activation and deactivation of a Network License for Trados Studio 2019 and older, Passolo 2018 and older or Trados Business Manager

but I am unable to generate a certificate or reset the licenses:

SDL Trados license management webpage showing two products. The first, 'SDL Trados Studio 2017 Professional (Network SN),' shows 3 users, all in use, and no available licenses. The second, 'SDL Trados 2007 Suite Professional,' shows 2 available licenses.

What would be the following steps to solve the issue?

Thank you!
