Recently we bought an upgrade of 5 licences of Trados Studio 2022 to Trados Studio 2024. To do that, first we wanted to deactivate our 2022 license in LicenseServerManager, but the following message occurs: 'An error occured while retrieving your license. Error ID: 653'

Hi, your collague contacted me and deactivated the license on our behalf.
I was able to upgrade the license to Studio 2024, but in License Manager the following message occurs: ‘No licences are currently available for the specified acivation code’.
And Trados Studio 2022 is still working.
Could you please advise?

Dear Elisa, I don't know if the case has been closed (Case No. 00889318), but the technical team hasn't replied to my problem since Friday, so that's why I'm searching for help here.
If you could contact me with someone who could solve this issie, I'd gratly appreciate it as we still can't use the licence we paid for.
