Resubscription to 2024 Trados still inactive, even after payment

Last year, I had purchased a a year-long Trados subscription, specifically "Trados Studio Freelance - 12 month subscription," and recently purchased another yearly subscription, assuming that it would simply be a process of paying for it. After having purchased the product, I noticed in my RWS account that the license was still inactive, which I assumed was due to the information sent to me from the eLearning/certification section, from which I inferred that activation would only occur upon completion of the modules. However, upon completion of the modules, the subscription remained inactive. As I have done all that seems to have been instructed to do, either through direct instruction or inference, I am not at a loss as to how to solve this issue and therefore seek assistance.

Some additional notes:

It said that both "Trados Studio Freelance - 12 month subscription – RWS Vendors" and "Trados Studio Freelance - 12 month subscription" were activated on the 16th of February, however both remain in the "InActive" stage (with inactive spelled exactly as quoted)

I am hoping to have this rectified soon, as what should have been a mostly seamless process is now causing delay in project acquisition, which only heightens my anxiety as time goes on; naturally, I would like to remedy this issue as soon as possible
