Activation Failed

Dear all,

I encountered an activation issue with Trados 2024 (Error ID 210005), indicating failure to connect to the server.

  The server displays the error message shown in the screenshot below:

   When I tried to deactivate the license, it popped out the following warning:

Trados License Manager error dialog with a yellow warning triangle, stating 'Failed to install RMS license string. Error ID: 210202'.

Currently, I'm stuck in a dilemma and unsure how to proceed. The local dealer recommended replacing my laptop, but that's not feasible for me at the moment.
