I can't run Trados Starter Edition on my laptop

Question

I just downloaded the Trados Studio Starter Edition from the RWS vendor portal, but I can't run it on my laptop. Every time I try, I get this message: 
 "An error occurred and the program was aborted. You can try running the program again but if the same problem repeats, please generate a debug log (usually found in C:\ProgramData\Trados\Chainer\Logs) and contact technical support. 
 SuiteLoadException Error reading the suite file, 'C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\Trados\TradosStudio2024\TradosStudio.Suite'."
