Hi,
After uninstalling and then installing Trados Studio Freelance 2024 18.0.12259 again it says that the license was not active. I bought the upgrade in September 2024 so it can't be expired. How can I "activate" my license?

Hello Eleonora Sonnellini ,
Please note that if you uninstall the program, the license is blocked, and you need to do first a license reset in order to be able to reactivate trados.
Please reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001616
