I Installed my Trados Studio 2022 Freelance license on a laptop while my desktop computer underwent reparation. Studio worked perfectly on that laptop until this week. Once my desktop computer was repaired, I tried to deactivate the license on the laptop, but I can only get a message saying “Your license has expired”, as if it had been running in demo mode. In my RWS account, I can see that the license is in use, so here I am with a paradox: I cannot deactivate the license, because the program in the laptop says there isn’t one, and I cannot enter my license code in the repaired computer, because my account says the license is already in use. Already reset my license twice in the last few months, so I would prefer not to use this option, because it seems it is a software problem. Please, help!
