I kindly ask for your support in this issue. Namely, I have a PC, and a laptop, and would like to use my Licence for Trados Studio 2022 Professional on both devices.

From my knowledge not directly. You can install the software on both computers, but with one single license it can be activated only on one device. In order to use it on another device you need to deactivate it on PC1 and activate on PC2 and vice versa. Or you buy another license, then you can have two PCs working wit the software. The same username is not a problem, though.
