Can't activate new subscription

I've read that this happens to other users and now me as well. Definitely not an easy process to renew a subcription and I am unlikely to renew next time. My previous Trados 2022 subscription expired and I paid for a new one. The order is complete and I have been charged. However, under License and Subscriptions, it doesn't show up as active and I cannot use Trados. When taken to the subscription tab, I choose my account and hit Ok. But it doesn't work and closes the program. I've got a project to do with a tight deadline. How long does it take after payment to have the license fully activated? What else can I do? Thank you.
