Engineering and technical support for Trados Studio 2011 and MultiTerm Desktop 2011 ended on December 30, 2015. From this date, services covered under standard agreements, including technical support and licensing support, are no longer available.

Engineering and technical support for Trados Studio 2014 and MultiTerm Desktop 2014 ended on June 30, 2017. From this date, services covered under standard maintenance agreements - including technical support, license resets, updates and new patches - are no longer available.

For the older versions of Trados help and assistance are provided via the RWS Community community.rws.com/.../

RWS recommends that you move to the latest version of Trados Studio. For more details, please go to

Thanks for your message, Andrei.

The trial period works fine. The problem arises when I try to activate the licence and the offline certificate generation process does not work either. I don't know what I can do.

Please be aware that Trados 2011 has not been tested on the latest versions of Windows, so the error may be due to compatibility issues with the operating system: - Windows Operating Systems supported per product (Trados Studio, Multiterm, Passolo) - RWS Customer Support
