I need help resetting Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus Licence

Hi,

I have a single-user licence with an extra activation for Trados Studio 2021 (SR2_16.2.10.9305) Freelance Plus.

Previously, I attempted to reset the licence, but mistakenly reset a PC that should not have been reset.
I have since used the remaining activation code without resolving the initial problem.

I now require an additional activation for my second PC.
However, even after deactivating the remaining activation code online to address technical issues on my PC, my RWS account still indicates that one of my activation codes is in use.

I attempted to deactivate the problematic activation code using the "Can't deactivate online?" option, but this is ineffective as the old PC is no longer available.
The Reset Licence option is also not available either.

I believe this is related to the previous issue I haven't resolved.

Could you please assist in recovering my entire licence and the extra activation?
