I am trying to reactivate my Trados 20217 licence in a new computer after having deactivated it in the old one but I can't get the installation ID.

Question

When I introduce the activation code in order to generate the Installation ID needed to generate the activation certificate (ufff) for Trados Studio 2017 RS1 14.1.10018, I get the following error message: "Locking ccriteria indicated in the right granting can't be retrieved in this computer: VLS_LOCK_DISK_ID, VLS_LOCK_ETHERNET (see the image of the error message hereafter in Spanish). It seems to be a problem related to the Machine ID, but I can't solve it. Please let me have your feedback. Thanks
