Your help necessary - can't activate my subscription

Hello! I did the same thing.  I purchased the Trados Studio Freelance subscription instead of renewal of my previous subscription, and my license is blocked. On the License and Subscription page, it says the subscription is expired. I need your help. This is sort of urgent.  Who can I contact to tell my details such as purchase date or order number?  Thank you so much.
