I am trying to reactivate my Trados 20217 licence in a new computer after having deactivated it in the old one but I can't get the installation ID.

I have tried various solutions to this problem including advice on this link  https://gateway.rws.com/csm?sys_kb_id=01662e601b8b9a50772c0dcad34bcb78&id=kb_article_view&sysparm_rank=1&sysparm_tsqueryId=937ded4e838ca214a6b1fab8beaad3f9 but still have been unsuccessful.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
