I am reposting the same inquiry.
Trados is not activating. When I try to activate it while the account status is 'available', a popup appears on the screen saying:
"Failed to install RMS license string. Error ID: 210150. Open connection settings?"
The activation fails, and the account status changes to 'in use'. I have tried resetting the license, but it didn't activate, and the reset function is no longer working due to limited attempts.
Please suggest a solution other than resetting, as I have already received the same answer multiple times and tried it without success.
Please help!
